* Notes on the Small Bungalow

Please note the small bungalow contains one double bedroom and bathroom.
The bungalow is only available to rent in addition to the main villa in order to accommodate larger group of guests.
The nightly rate of the bungalow is in addition to the nightly rate of Baan Oriental villa when the guests need an extra bedroom.

Rates Conditions

All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
The use of the villa, its amenities, the villa tuk tuk for transfers around Ao Nang, maid service and water and electricity expenses are included.
Motorbike and car rental, private chef, catering staff, massage and beauty services are available at an extra charge.
Rates for the villa are to accommodate a maximum of 8 persons with an additional 2 persons when using the small bungalow as well

Availability and Confirmation procedure

The villa is available for daily, weekly or longer term rental.
To check availability, please fill in the reservation enquiry form. We will then respond to your request via email.
When availability is confirmed, a booking can be made. At this point, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Please see our rates and read through our deposit and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. The amount of deposit payable will be confirmed with you via email.

Direct bank transfer into our company account or
Via credit card using our secure online payment page hosted by our bank (Visa, MasterCard and JCB credit cards)
